Ingredients

1kg Diced Leg of Lamb
100g World Grill Indian Tandoori PURE
10g Spicemix del Mondo Massala PURE
Yellow Pepper (diced)

Necessities

Method

Marinate the diced leg of lamb with the World Grill Indian Tandoori PURE and the Spicemix del Mondo Massala PURE and thread on to a skewer with a piece of yellow pepper in between each piece of meat.
