500g Pork Loin (dice)
200g Pineapple (chunks)
1 Red Onion (wedges)
150g Mixed Peppers (diced)
100g Chick Peas (tinned)

80g  World Grill Indian Tandoori PURE
10g  Spicemix del Mondo Masala PURE

Garnish
Lemon/Chilli/Coriander/Spring Onion

Method

Combine all the ingredients together and garnish with lemon, chilli, coriander and spring onion.
