Tomahawk Steak with Mexican Salad

Ingredients

Tomahawk steak (per kg):
12 g Spicemix Del Mondo – Guadalajara
40 g Verstegen World Grill Basic Sea Salt and Lampong Pepper

Mexican Salad:
100 g Cooked Mixed Beans
20 g Sweetcorn – cooked
20 g Red Onion
20 g Peppers
20 g Cucumbers
20 g Cherry Tomatoes
Verstegen Guilt Free Salsa Tex-Mex
Verstegen Spicemix Tex-Mex or Verstegen Spicemix Peru
Fresh Lime Juice

Method

Tomahawk Steak:

  • Rub the Spicemix Del Mondo – Guadalajara into the steak
  • Brush with Verstegen World Grill Basic Sea Salt and Lampong Pepper

Cook in a hot pan or bbq until cooked as desired.

Mexican Salad:

  • Mix all ingredients together and present in a bowl
