Veggie Haggis

Ingredients

Makes 4 silver foil trays
300g Mushrooms
300g Carrots
300g Swede
100g Parsnip
1 Med Onion
2 x 250g Cooked Puy Lentils
1 x 250g Cooked Mixed Grains
100g Vegetarian Suet
75g Scottish Oats
100g Verstegen Vega Binder
5g salt

Flavoured with World Grill:
75g Honey and Mustard

Method

Blitz the vegetables in a food processor until finely chopped, combine the rest of the ingredients with your preferred World Grill flavour and divide into silver trays.
Leave over night to firm up and cook the following day at 160°c for 30 minutes until golden brown.
