1 kg Ribs
200 g Verstegen Marinade Western PURE
15g Verstegen spice mix for satay with salt PURE
Rub the ribs with the Spice Mix for Satay and then brush with the Marinade Western.
Vacuum seal and pre-cook at 85 ° C for 2.5 to 3 h.
