Preparation
(For 4 people):
500g meat of your choice (e.g. chicken, beef strips or ground beef)
2 tbsp (olive) oil
1 (red) onion
1 bell pepper
6 large or 12 small tortilla wraps
4 tbsp Mexican Burrito Seasoning Mix (approx 40g)
Preparation:
Finely chop the onion and the bell pepper. Heat the (olive) oil in a pan and fry the onion. Add the meat or chicken and fry on all sides. Add 4 tbsp seasoning mix (approx. 40 g) and stir. Add the pepper. Let everything cook on low heat for about 5 minutes and stir regularly. Taste and add extra seasoning mix if desired. Meanwhile, heat the tortillas according to the preparation method on the package. Fill the tortillas with the burrito filling and top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, coriander and / or crème fraîche to taste.
