Preparation (for 4 people): mix 500g cubed chicken fillet or pork tenderloin with this mix. If necessary, add soy sauce to taste and leave to marinate. Thread the cubes in water-soaked sticks and roast the satay on the BBQ or in the frying pan for 6 to 8 minutes until brown and tender. Delicious with Verstegen satay sauce.
