– Mix only 12g of the spice mix with 500g scampi or shrimp.
– Make sure it’s mixed evenly and leave to soak in.
– Fry the prawns or shrimp for about 5 minutes, or until tender.
These spiced prawns or shrimp work brilliantly as a snack.
They’re great to thrown on the BBQ, just put on some skewers and grill for around 5 minutes.
