Embrace the flavours of traditional Dutch cuisine with our meticulously blended Spicemix for Hachee. This aromatic combination of cloves, bay leaves and peppercorns is expertly crafted to enhance beef stews. Infusing them with rich, warm flavours and a tantalizing aroma that transports you to the heart of Holland’s culinary heritage. Perfect for creating hearty, comforting dishes that delight the senses and satisfy the soul.


Mix 20g of the mix (approx 1 full tablespoon) with 1 kg of diced beef and let it marinate. Brown the meat on both sides in hot oil or butter. Add 200 ml of water and simmer on low heat for approximately 1.5 hours and add 4 sliced onions. Then let it simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.


Store in a cool, dry and dark space.
